Welcome to Colonial Forest Condominiums

We are located at the intersection of 1 Ave So. and 325th in Federal Way, WA.  We are a gated community nestled among the trees and well maintained,  landscaped grounds.  We are  near central shopping-libraries-and easy access to the bus system.  We have a Fire Deptartment and 2 Hospitals within a few blocks of the condos.

We are close to I-5 and Tacoma is a few miles away.

We enjoy a great view of Mt. Rainier and are close to beaches and a National park.
